i dont get the 'life sentence' thing., where they are let out 2 yrs later on good behavior. or a triple life sentence ...wtf is that?
is this just incase they die and come back to life a few times?

Well, I can't give you an answer as to why violent criminals receive life sentences with parole, but as far as multiple life sentences go, I believe it's often used for defendants who are being charged of multiple crimes, each of which is severe enough to warrant a life sentence. They are tried for all the crimes separately, and can receive a life sentence for each one.
