are there any programs to recompress mp3 files or wavs or flacs with an option that you can put some some sort of eq on every of those tracks ? i guess there is not but maybe someone knows one.
i just bought one of those creative zen stones - it was totally cheap and i rather use it as a pendrive than a mp3 player.
i would use it more for mp3's if there would be any sort of eq on it so i could screw up the high frequencies. all music sounds good on it but it sounds like it would come through a high-cut filter.
so i thought that i'll just upload files which will be handleld with eq before where i just gain hte high end.
i could do that in cool edit but i mean you have to make every file by hand and it would be cooler to have it made automatically.

Before I leave the house, perhaps to go to the shops to buy more beer, or to go to a bar to drink beer, or to perhaps pay a visit to a local brewery to see how they make, and then to sample, beer, I listen very intently to five tracks on my usual home stereo equipment. I play them each ten times and I memorise them, the melodies, the beats, the lyrics and the sounds. I then carry these five songs in my brain and replay them, as often as I like, until something like, I don't know, beer, makes me forget what I was listening to, or rather imagining I was listening to. This way the $$$$$s I've saved on costly MP3 players I've been able to spend on other things. Like beer.

Wavout but there's probably one that outputs to mp3, dBpowerAMP would be another solution.

Hmm, I don't know.. how about enabling the EQ on Winamp!?! And outputting the tracks to .wav and mass converting them back to mp3.

I would join you. In fact, once I've done my passport renewal form and posted off a letter to my insurers, I shall crack a guiness open, or maybe I'll have some chilled vanilla absolut.

slipdrinkmats has a point regarding memorising music. its rather cool to hear it all without the need for an mp3 player.

sadist, w winampie mozesz. Jak ustawisz sobie odpowiednie EQ, to obojetnie jakiego plugina uzyjesz w output (lame, disk writer), zapisze z tym ustawionym EQ.

Just get a proper player for your mp3's. Don't be such an idiot if you can't hear things. Boosting high frequencies as an overall 'fix' just won't work. I know you are Polish and everything but you're just stupid.

"I know you are Polish and everything but you're just stupid. " now what the fuck was that supposed to mean ?
i'm getting a proper player and this is a temporary thing so it's worth the effort.

cool edit does have batch processing to apply settings on many files at once, just make a script with your eq settings, and use it in the batch processing section ^^

Zen mp3 players are pretty good. the problems are the headphones. they are pretty shit. drop 30 bucks on some headphones with better bass response.
eq-ing mp3 files isn't really that great.
