or you could just do it with a whole carton : Instead, for successful long-term storage, your best bet is to either freeze whole, lightly beaten eggs, or freeze the yolks and whites separately. there is a machine called a rolling machine by zig zag or whatever, it's a cheap plastic little thing but it makes perfect joints every time. can we get something like that, but for cracking eggs; separating the yoke and white out? |
