Micheal Jackson, When will it end?

No, Flutterby, he's no longer the MJ we knew back in the
day. He's now a shell of a man, inside and out. It's
Michael's fault for things to get this bad for him and his
burden to bear.

He wasn't found innocent...actually it never went to trial,
it was settled out of court. Call that as you will.

~blinks~ he'll always be the michael i know and remember
i repect him greatly and i always will
my boyfriend used to like him too, when he was a kid that
is, dont liek what he's done to himself now either......

Don't get me wrong. MJ was one the first artists I was
exposed to. His work during the 80s was tremendously
important to defining American music during that time...

But now, doesn't even register in my mind. His antics
during the past year have really turned me off.

again, whatever happened to "innocent until proven guilty"?
lots of lawsuits get settled out of court to avoid bad
publicity and anguish. if anyone seriously had a case
against michael then the LAW would have put him on trial.
since there's NEVER been an investigation on michael (only
baseless claims) i think it's attrocious that people label
him a pedophile or whatever.

manchild, yes. molester, no.

to change his way...

who the fuck IS michael jackson? i mean really?

answer: who cares a fuck. listen to his music, like it,
loathe it, period. why is anyone interested in this pathetic
notion of celebrity? i certainly am not. image - yeah, big
deal. so what. whatever. i mean, come ON.

His old stuff is fucking brilliant, and he's an asweomse
dancer, it's such a pity he's lost it.

Irretrievably (argh spelling?)

protection
for gangs clubs and nations
causing grief in human relations
is a tough war
on a global scale
I rather hear both sides of the tale
see is not about races
just places faces
whare your blood comes from
is where your space is
I ve seen the bright get duller
I m not gonna spend my life
being a colour

Heh, he almost dropped his kid down the balcony!! -how come
all his kids are white? I mean shouldn't they be black
because he has black man's genes.

oh man, look here's how it works.

there are two sets of genes for each trait. positive (wrong
word) and reccesive. S will represent positive, s
recessive.
S s <- mothers genes
S SS Ss
s Ss ss
fathers genes

so there's a 25% chance of being white, 25% chance of being
black, and %50 chance of being mixed

I don't think so... If I remeber correctly, the black skin
colour DNA is dominant, it doesn't realy matter which it
came from the mother or the father. Maybe his girl is
cheatin on him and he's doesn't notice because he's been
white for so long that it doesn't seem odd for him anymore?
:)

You're right - just think what would have happened if he let
that baby slip. But he didn't, so what's the fucking
problem? It's the same as saying just imagine he got a big
knife and slit it's throat. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN. This story is
a non-story, it is nonsense. My old man used to drop me from
the second floor of the tenement we lived in and I turned
out fine. I just don't know what all you child worshippers
are waffling on about.

offline phiz from Liverpool (United Kingdom) on 2002-11-20 02:42 [#00449137]

the problem is holding a kid over a veranda of a hotel
however many floors up is just wrong.

"My old man used to drop me from the second floor of the
tenement we lived in and i turned out fine"
you sure about that??

This is what happened dickhead, so listen. The media were
camped out his hotel constantly screaming for a photograph
of the baby. Michael, obviously taking the piss, threw a
towel over the baby's head and dangled him out the window
for a second. He thought he was depriving the paparazzi a
photo oppurtunity but what he actually did was give the
gutter press another oppurtunity to tear him to bits.

You'd probably arrest every parent who carries their kids on
their shoulders or puts them on a swing, you interfering
child worshipping tosser.

dont be a soft shite bill,
dangling a baby from however many floors up is damn sight
different from a ride on your shoulders or a ride on a
swing.

the thing is he treated the baby like an inanimate object.

Michel Jackson, you are duly charged with treating a child
like an inanimate object. May lord have mercy on your soul.

I think Michael's grip has slipped a long time ago.

But as i have already stated previously, IT DIDN'T. It's
like saying if Hitler hadn't invaded Poland he might have
been a very friendly austrian painter and decorator. It's a
nonsense argument.

As my dear old gran used to say - "If yer maw hid baws she'd
be yir dad"

"His musical legacy could have been (is) legendary, but it's
mostly going to be his eccentricies that's he's remembered
for. People will think of him as that weirdo, and not great
music like Thriller"

they alrready do. say the name michael jackson now and you
don't think song's, you think that white faced plastic
surrgerry guy.
