OK I just did it the recommended way. My vision went a bit yellow (Lack of oxygen?). My heart rate has increased a lot as I can hear it thumping really loudly. I'm also shivering but no through coldness. My body is just shaking. Kind of like a junkie needing a fix. I keep tapping my feet too. It's weird. The aftertaste is so bad. I can breath nice and deep though, which is nice. |
