Since this side of Antarctica..we in New Zealand are the first to see the New Years in..in approximately 4hrs and 39 min.. I will take this oppertunity to wish everyone on the board a Happy New Year from me and Red:) So what are your plans..mention them here:).. we are currently having a BarBQue..listening to Red's John Zorn collection and will soon head out in Aotea Square where there is a big freebie cultural/New Years event on..We are looking forward to seeing our favourite local band..The New Pacific Music Ensemble...(a kick arse Jazz band with Cook Island Drumming rhythm section)..and will see the New Year in with Fireworks in the Square...:) |

I am working now, but have the ACTUAL NYE off, so I am stoaked.... I am going to a place here in SOCalifornia called Pismo Beach....I will be camping there and eating mushrooms running in the sand dunes.... Friends will all be there, so I am excited.... Thanks man |

yeah its one of the FEW " no crowd " beaches left here in SOCAL...I am excited to be out amongst the sand dunes and sitting by the fire with good pals.... Ahh yes, CLUELESS....I havent watched that movie in ages...it was pretty cool... Good Call |

Yes I have also surfed therea couple times when i was in high school...I actually remember it vividly, there was a storm the day before, so there were 100's of pieces of Jellyfish floating in the water.... Kinda a strange sight that early in the morning...all in all it was very pleasant out there, good break. I doubt i will get any surfing done tommorow, I am not driving so I will not be able to bring my board.... Oh well, my mind will be pre-occupied anyways. Cheers! |
