i am mixing vinyl on lo-fi decks for about 6 months now and have come up with some real fucking gems..... when i say "lo-fi" i mean...... * crossfading by use of volume controls on each deck * no headphones * a single nmaster 6 band EQ Some examples i remember off hand 1... DYKS single with Donkey Rhubarb 2....Phoenecia mixes well with Camel! 3...AFX Men Remix no. 2 with sp´s "Kil Robok" 4. Buicaphalus Bouncing Ball and "Mutilation Colony" ... oh there is tones and i have 4 cd´s of my mixes done ... just need to get my arse in gear to upload em to a site. |
