I found this Aphex Song on the net, I think it
sounds great, but I can't find the name of it anywhere. I'm
very desperate to find out. Can you please tell me the
name?

PS If download above doesn't work, please visit this page :

One of the tracks off the unreleased Melodies from Mars...
untitled. I love that album, I think it was meant for a
video game or something.

The 8th track, if it matters. The 5th one and the last one
on the album make me giggle like a Japanese school girl.

Or it could be the 7th track, depending which version of the
release you end up downloading.

Thanks!
Are there any important differences between the different
versions, or are the tracks just in another order?
At the Explore-page
(http://www.aphextwin.nu/explore/98198290820771.shtml) the
track is listed as "Logon Rock Witch Demo". Is this correct,
cause this demo doesn't resemble Logon Rock Witch at all!

You're right. In the version that has 11 tracks, the track
listed as Logon Rock Witch Demo isn't. Logon Rock Witch
isn't on that version at all.

As for the order of the tracks, there's a lot of discussion
as to what's going on. You should search the messageboard
for past discussions. Also check the watmm board (don't
shoot me!) as Joyrex actually has a copy and has talked
about it.

I thought there was only one version of MFM. There were
only like, what? 4 tapes made? I don't think he did
different versions...

It's not versions of the album, but versions of the mp3
encodes of it. Some have the tracks mixed up and Logon Rock
Witch demo missing. And to complicate things, a lot of
people have a mixture of several rips so you never know what
you're getting. You just need to study the info available
and assemble what you reckon is a definitive version.

It was meant for a video game company, for some unknown
game, supposedly. more like it was sent for an overall
general "listening" to see if it was proper for any type of
video game, it wasnt accepted, but this is not 100% proven,
but its the more accepted idea behind it.
