why not send it to Thrill Jockey (the label tortoise record for)? also don't bother w/ warp they receive thousands of demos per year and have never signed anyone that way

titsworth : thrill jockey isn't accepting demos. also, we know a kid that just got asked to put some stuff out on warp (hip hopish stuff kinda like prefuse) and he sent them a demo, so what the hell, we got nothing to loose.

you dont know what max/msp is?
its a visual programming environment created by cycling 74'. you write your own programs to make music, basically its the shit, and lots of people use it. check out www.cycling74.com. also ae uses it.

tip: research the labels - find out who does the A+R and address your demo directly to them - theyll open it when they receive it rather than chuck it into a box full of other demos.

thanks, yea we know a few of the people, and some of the other electronic musicians in this area are helping us with getting hooked up so to speak. adam johnson, mr projectile, and martin dosh (drummer for Fog (ninja tune)). these dudes are helping us out
