"Before you criticise someone, walk a mile in their shoes.
So when you do criticise them your a mile away and you have
their shoes."

George Carlin

I liked it !

8*)

practical advise

I could care less about grammer... people who obcess over
grammer are like the people that watch jeopordy everynight
trying to answer as many useless trivia questions that they
can so that they can trick themselves into thinking that if
they memorize all that useless gargle that it will somehow
make them be "smart". As long as you can understand it...
and you get your point across thats all that really matters
IMO to hell with all that grammer shit.

*passes out asleep*

I can see how you can come to that conclusion, but when you
are at my school (a 4 year writing course), some teachers
will slice your throat immediately.
"as long as you can understand it" - agreed, but if you
don't adhere to the rules it all becomes kind of wonky - how
would you ever know that what you read is what is meant..?

apologies for this serious comment, btw..

I guess what I'm trying to say is, bad spelling and grammar
and even strange diversion in the spoken language do NOT
help communication, only make it harder and then the whole
use of text and words becomes kind of pointless.
