this program is running really unstable on my computer,
which is old and crappy,

does anyone else suffer constant crashes?

I have this strange thing where slsk says its gone offline,
and the birdy thing goes brown, but u/l and d/l still keep
going..

but it doesn't really crash, no.

I regularly have trouble connecting, though..

yes, i've experienced that a lot lately. the whole thing
just freeze, and i have to restart everything.

That happens cos the server is overloaded. It's written in
the slsk faq. It's like you just get booted from the server,
but the direct person-to-person transfers are still there
cos once they're started they're not going through the
server. You just leave it for a few minutes and you'll go
back on

oh right, thanks.. yeah I never close down the program or
anything, as the d/l seem to keep going and it does
reconnect after a few minutes, yes..
