WTF!!!!
Has anyone seen this on Brittish news?
A new disease is going round the U.K....

Who the hell came up with that name???
To my knowledge Winter Vomiting Disease is exesive
vomiting.
So isn't that just from exesive drinking of alcohol?lol

Ooooh I had that one last Jan too. Nassssssty. I could
hardly eat or drink for about 5 days and when I did my
abdomen made ominous earthquake noises.

My fiancee came over and brought me some chicken soup and
ginger ale... kept her distance though.

At the height (depth?) of it I slept for 2-1/2 days straight
getting up only to paint the bowl.

You know, a horse with that illness could do you in if you
walked behind it at the wrong time.

Heh. I lost some weight too. Most of it was probably
liquefied organs.

The weakness was extraordinary! I had to walk a few blocks
to feed a friend's cats, then walk home, and I now know what
it'll feel like to be eighty.

also, it was really bad.

when it first came on, I hadnt thrown up, but I knew I felt
like shit. And it just felt like i was gonna puke at any
second.

So then my roommate took me to the hospital, cause I was
just kinda lying in bed goin "uhggg"

I had to wait like 3 hours in the waiting room, and during
this time, I puked twice... (luckily i made it to the
bathroom)

then when they finally took me back, they laid me down on
the bed, and gave me an IV to rehydrate me. But also in it
was a drug to make me not so nassuis. But this drug also
made me really confused and sleepy. And the IV was put in my
arm, where the elbow bends (what happened to putting it in
the hand?!) so if i moved my left arm, the needle would dig
into my arm, and so i couldnt move. and it was January in
boston, so it was freezing, and i had to have my coat off to
have the IV in my arm. They finally let me go after another
2 hours.

bye this time i was out of it. my roomate had waited for me
in the waiting room (what a nice guy, he was there sooo
long) so we got a taxi back. but the bumping of the taxi
made me sick again. i told the cab driver to pull over like
3 blocks before my stop, and he was like "its ok, ill take
you there," and i was like "STOP THE CAR!"

got out and puked my brains out.

didnt eat for several days. and when i did, it was only
small amounts

shit... that was so aweful.

Ive kinda been paranoid about being sick since then... i
never want to feel that bad again.
