i had the strangest obsessions of the london tube when i was
smaller. i used to spend hours just looking at the tube
maps. when i was in london i could have ridden the tube all
day :)

but then i found out the dark truth!

when i saw RDJ n Luke Vibert at the Hackney Warp night with
a freind last year, we slept on the Circle line for 2 hours
before the gig cos we were awake 36 hours before, due to
plane delays and me basically travelling between airports
looking for him for about 8 hours.. it was one trippy
fucking ride i can tell ya ....
i just kept remembering "An american werewolfd in london",
where that "suit" gets it at the escalator

Fun fact: There is a species of mosquito that exists only on
the london tube.

There's also meant to be a community of outcasts that live
in tunnels off the old abandoned tube stations (kept secret
to stop ravers using them) called "The Mole People". That
latter one sounds like a myth to me...

have you read the book neverwhere by neil gaiman?

the mole people could be a character from that book

they should have made more of the tube in "28 days
later".... its ripe for creepy zombie shananagans

I've not read that, I'll look into it. Lots of big cities
claim to have a similair thing, but lots of people in london
claim to of encountered them when trespassing on the
underground. They're meant to be quite hostile...

What's that about, a night of the living dead type thing?

Read more about people under cities, here.

There's a story by (Damn, I forget his name- the guy who did
nightbreed and hellraiser...) about people living under new
york.

The tube's gonna be even more fun when the poison gas
attacks start... woo-hoo!

Especially if it's special gas that turns people into
zombies like that chemical from Resident Evil! I doubt a gas
attack in the tubes would be much more effective than one on
the surface. There are pretty mad winds down there due to
the trains moving which would surely blow the gas out and
down long stretches of tunnel...

moscow and paris have some serious undergrounders i
heard..... aparently there are estimated to be 10´s of
thousands of bodies under Moscow, purely based on
statistical analysis of population-death figures and
"where--the-fuck-IS-everyone" graphs.

dunno.. i scratch the surface of computer literacy and never
delve to deep... my keyboard says Compaq, but the PC says
Dell.
I do work in a Games Localization environment that involves
the use of multi-language Operating Systems ("baaaaatch
files") so this keyboard is probably configured
arse-about-face but i can read what i´m typing.. cunt
you?

(joke, J!.. total respect to ya!)
