Its still not 100% definate yet, but they r "in talks" apparenly. Ricky Gervais is set to make "millions" if it goes through. (Read this in the paper today so thats as much as i've heard.) |

I read today that Michael Jackson [that's the head of Universal TV USA, former head of Channel 4 and BBC Two UK; not the weirdass] had it as his 'goal' to bring The Office to the USA, as he has done with Coupling. Apparently he envisages it set in Manhattan. |

how come us Europeans get shows imported in their original forms (Frasier, Seinfeld etc) while our shows get re-made for the US market with different actors, jokes etc. This happened with Red Dwarf, Men Behaving Badly and some other shows that dont spring to mind at the moment. |
