This release is going to be comming out on my birthday! I
cant wait! On Mike P's site it says that it is going to come
out earlier in the US then it will overseas... I am a happy
boy! Good times noodle salad. There is also going to be
rereleases of Making Orange Things and HIGGINS ULTRA LOW
TRACK GLUE FUNK HITS 1972 - 2006.

this brings me to my next point...

some one needs to find away to share some snares with me...
i've got a mac and all i can use is limewire, openNap, and
iswipe (sucks ass.) so yeah... if anyone really wants to
share the snares (hey, that rhymes) with me over open nap,
you should email invertedwhale at dontspamonme@excite.com
about getting onto his private server and i'll be like
"sweet (cool and collected, hiding giddiness)"

i am mad looking forward to winter in the belly... i heard
the clips, and it sounds brilliant, especially dad.

yeah, sorry about the some what spamming on your thread,
mickey.

naaaaa, mostly you just have to upload something to get a
permanent account. And I only see that as fair... uploding
to get something..... You should really try it when you get
hotline, go here to look for a song you want....

carracho is even better cause its just for people with
macs... and its supported on os x. give it a try

Say, that shit is pretty good. Just listening to the medley
on the Mu site--it's very different from the mp3s I'd heard
before. More polished or diverse or something.

LOL phobia fucking zero telling people to buy cd's! what an
asskisser. this guy doesn't buy shit, dudes. don't believe
the hype.

anyway, i'm not opposed to downloading before buying myself.
it is kinda funny that we're talking about bootlegging when
the fucking label head is reading the thread. but are we
supposed to lie? nah. it's just amusing, that's all.

nice...
i've never listened to any Venetian Snares before, but this
medley on the mu-site sounds really interesting! It's
probably time for me to start listening to VS. Sounds like a
pop(ish) version of squarepusher or something... i like it.

when exactly IS the u.s. release date, if it's ahead of the
january 27 u.k. date?

wow i never thought i'd see anyone describe VS as a pop-ish
version of anything! i can't wait to hear this album..

yeah, whenever i click on an mp3-file (for instance the ones
at the mu-site).

They don't download at all. I get a quicktime-symbol, and
then the songs just start to play directly from the page...
which is fine by me actually, since i don't really want to
download them, i just use it now to listen to new stuff
every now and then :-D

But i have been wondering why they don't download? Something
wrong with my computer?

no one on carracho has anything by snares :/ i put up all
the trackers i could find, and only one file came up:

03-Venetian Snares.mp3

christ.

splodgechops:i'm more poor than the jackson four

i'd buy it if i could find it anywhere, but so far i
haven't. and i don't have a credit card for amazon an so
forth (i'm only 17).
if you want i'll send you money for the planet mu releases
i've downloaded... wait. i don't know if i have. i can't
really find anything on my mac, but i DID buy Geometry and
In Pine Effect.

you honestly expect the label head to pick and choose which
cd's you should buy from him? :P i think he's just gonna say
"all" or pick whatever came out recently. anyway, do you
have a bank account? a lot of banks offer a free debit card
that doubles as a credit card (mine's visa) and an atm card.
there're no fees whatsoever. pretty damn useful.

i'm actually interested in what his favorite releases are.
aren't you? like a mother picking her favorite child :x

and the only bank account i have is from when i was in third
grade... i can't get anything out with out my mom :x hehehe
i suck at everything

you turn 18 pretty soon though right? you can start a new
account and get a debit card that way. or you can just go to
your present bank with valid id and ask for a debit card. i
don't think you have to be a certain age.

Surrounded: Anyone can d/l the mp3's on the planet-mu site.
In IE5 for instance you have to configure your file helpers
in the preference section so that the .mp3 suffix clicks
specify "download to disk" rather than "view with plug-in"
(which is what seems to be happenning with you).,

yes i know it's not because of the planet-mu site. I get the
same "problem" with every mp3-file, on every website.

I'll have to look at my browser-preferences (can't seem to
find what you're talking about at first sight, i'll try to
tonight when i have some more time).

thanks :-)
