beginning of Blade, but not include it in the soundtrack?

Risky Business. Shit, I've been meaning to get some
Tangerine Dream ever since I watched that, but just never
got around to it, like.

Never heard of Flashpoint.

yeah Tangerine Dream is great.. I would reccommend it if you
like that kind of pummeling, extended analogue synth music.
I never actually finished Risky Business but what I
saw/heard was pretty good. Flashpoint is a very odd movie
about some border patrol workers, but it's pretty good and
the music is similar.

LOL :-p
Nah, i prefer the music in that one movie i had to watch
when i joined the bookclub ;-) (can't seem to remember which
movie that was though :-o)

I really liked the music during the film Amélie!! Is the
entire cd as good as that? i might have to purchase it then
:-)

Adam and the Ants, woohoo! I have Kings of the Wild Frontier
lying around somewhere. There's something so madly Burroughs
about their vision of Apache pirate lost boys. They could
have stepped right out of Cities of the Red Night.

surrounded: its a very good soundtrack. you'll like it. and
I guess you'll be the last dutch person to buy it. in the
summertime I could hear people playing it in my street,
which sounds like its nice, but got rather irritating after
a while..

i find it hard to get into soundtracks, either they become
too reminiscent of the original movie, or the lack of
continuity between tracks makes it unlikeable in my opinion.
same happens with compilation tapes or cd`s, i just can`t
get into them.

Lol, yeah any music will get irritating if you hear it too
much. Sad but true. But anyway, thanks qrter! I'll look out
for the soundtrack. Infact i looked out for it today, but no
recordstore in Alphen seemed to have it.

I'll probably like it for the fact alone it makes me think
about Amélie Poulain :-D But also the music itself (heard
in the film) is truly beautiful... i'm looking forward to it
now :-)

I'll probably also be wanting the dvd... hm... they should
just give out the soundtrack on cd with any dvd you buy!
DVD's are ridiculously expensive (sometimes twice as much as
an audio-cd!)... i'm sure they could afford it. I think i
saw Amélie for around 30 euros... so if i want
DVD+soundtrack it'll cost me 50 euros :-(

Hilmar Örn Hilmarsson's 'Children of Nature' soundtrack is
my favorite... Haunting and beautiful. He does a lot of
the string arrangements for Sigur Ros and has also worked
with current 93 and Psychic TV in the past.
