I had a dream the other night where I was playing this solo on a weird guitar with a truncated neck. it was the bomb music too. amazing how your brain can automatically create something like that on the spot, and I don't even really play guitar! |

Ive been in the realm between conciousness and sleep playing piano in my 'sorta-dream'...quite long peices and beautiful at that. sometimes they're like 5 seconds long...i dont know how but i do.. |

thats why one day i hope people will be able to transfer dreams or sound into something we can see. i can't wait for the day science will be able to 'tape' our dreams. i have this strange theory that the person who dreampt it will be forbidden to physically watch the taped dream. seeing your subconcious kinda has me worried about the fact that you might die from it...why? i don't know. but for others to see that....that would be marvelous... or even tape sound you hear. it might come out as nonsense who knows? |

I had this dream myself making a track that was so symetric and perfect and I showed my friends and family and then it started this whole wierd series of events...... really wierd. I tried to pay close attention to what the structure of the track looked like. When I woke up... it was actually based of a track I was currently working on... but I couldnt remember what the structure was.... this makes me sad... :*( i have been reading these series of books by carlos castanada... its mainly about peyote... but have been applying that type of belief into my dream state... and its REALLY shocking... because sometimes you can control some events of your dream... like moving your hands around when you want to ... and it stops being like watching a movie... and more real... its hard to explain. If you have picked up some of his books you can kinda get what I am saying... it never really says in any of this books if it is fiction or fact though. Its written as if he was doing a scientific study... good read none the less |
