can anyone think of any shelved films? off the top of my
head..

-knockaround guys was apparently shelved for about 3 years
and was only released in america cos vin diesel is a hot
commodity right now

-newport south (john hughes' comeback film, i think owned by
disney, scored by telefon tel aviv w/ assists from other
hefty records artists) was denied a theatrical release, but
supposedly you can buy it on dvd @ amazon

-the quiet american (there's a thread about this below),
which may be/is finally getting released now

The Fountain - New Aranofsky film is shelved fow now because
brad pitt quit doing the film, currently aranofsky is doing
nothing now as far as i know.
