If so, the spectrum and C64 both do. Why, you thinking of sampling loading noise? Spectrum is better and lots of artists have sampled it...

I remember F-19 Stealth Fighter from Microprose on the C-64. I only had cassettes and the loading was about 15 mins! You can bet your ass I took those missions seriously. One fucked up take-off and you paid the price..another 15 mins.
