what are some of the fastest idm songs out there? by fast, i mean snare-rushes abound, with at least a 190bpm
suggest things other than aphex or s'pusher

what you're looking for is wayout. He used to have super snare rush explosions available on ampcast under the names "wayout" and "ford prefect" but I guess he took it all down.

yeah..my ampcast account expired
i still have tracks on my zebox site but they arent particulary fast
most of bogdan's stuff is ludicrously fast check out datach'i too µ-ziq's approaching menace is still among the most brutal, in my opinion

if it's above liek 220bpm is usually gets a bit crap. unless its stomper hardcore gabber but im not really into the whole gabber scene anyways.

yes..its not consistantly 1000 bpms... it sort of builds up to it
basically sounds like a helicopter with a looped vocal sample of a girl going 'oh yeahhhhh' that he uses in a bunch of other songs

I've got the Cd single...and yeah, it shite...think he only did it for publicity reasons really...
The main trouble with doing fast BPMs is that shit starts to sound tonal & have an actual pitch...interesting way of noticing the link between Frequncy & Rhythm tho...

well, as these kind folk said, the Moby one is a beat that speeds up to 1000 bpm, then slows back down. its shit. you don't need to hear it. noone does. kind of like all of Moby's music.

alright.. well thanks anyway guys, I was just curious. I'm not a big Moby fan either but the gimmick captures my interest. This 'competitor' one that this other guy I mentioned (DJ Monkee, he called himself) also just sped up real fast in bursts.. probably a la Moby. thanks again..

Wayout, I listened to "I feel disconnected" recently. ...it's the saddest song I've ever heard.
flea, I just meant you have fast beats like the thread requested.
orange dust too. I love orange dusts philosophy of not letting fancy technological tricks and techniques get in the way of creating solid entertainment. Some of his tracks are so damn good.
