ok, ive said this all before, and we got back together, but
my wife and myself have finally made the decision to split.

i just gave her $7000 to go overseas with, and she leaves
for london early december.

at present im not real bothered. it just wasnt working.

anyway, thats not why im in heaps of shit. im in heaps of
shit because i have just bought a flat in bondi. $355000.
cant believe how much dept im in now!!!

i didnt want to go through with buying a house up here, when
its just gonna make me miss my family. it was meant to be
our house.

so i bought the flat instead. just as an investment. i cant
even afford to live in the thing....gotta rent it out to
help pay the bills.

you'll be cool, just stick to it and it'll all work out. It
just may take some time

Hey, young people can't even get a mortgage over here so
don't be too down. I'm considering emigrating as there's
zero chance of me getting on the property ladder with the
way things are.

Don't worry about investments. Being bankrupt means less and
less these days. Most likely it'll pay for itself and you'll
have a nice big lump sum at the end :)

these kind of investments take time to pay themselves back
but their also more or less secure investments, eventually
you'll benefit from it. at least, that's the way it is where
i come from.
good luck.
