We are resonable people is a compilation album from warp.
it has an Aphex squarepusher tune on it along with BOC ,
plone and loads of others and their mates and family.
Cant remember what the track is called, but im sure someone
else will!.......
dunno where you get it either, i think its been deleted, not
sure on that one though.

I'm talking out my arse, it hasnt been deleted, you can get
it at www.warprecords.com.
Aphex/Sqrpshr tune is called Freeman Hardy and Willis acid.
which interestingly enough is a shoe shop chain in england,
im so interesting......

i have it on triple vinyl
i bought it on ebay for like 30 bucks give or take.
you'd be surprised what treasures that dummies are willing
to give up for a few bucks.

Autechre-Stop Look Listen

I have recently rediscovered this track again.
Possibly one of the coolest tracks ever!
Simple melodies yet so much depth hidden , complex and
introvert beat structures yet i feel like dancing....
The crappy Plone track after is such a contrast haha!

"think the melody is crap"

Actualy i do to , but i still think the track is so damn
cool because of the top notch knob twiddling and
production.
Plus there are some subtle melodies in the backround that
are more pleasant then the annoying main melody.
The track works as a whole , many cool sounds are created
when the beats starts to fall apart towards the end.

i think "freeman hardy & willis acid" overshadows the entire
album .. not that that is a bad thing.

sido: agreed .. its a weird tune in some respect, because
that in yo face melody can be a bit off putting, but it
rests on the most wonderful structure

It's such a stellar tune, with such intensity etc. that the
rest of the album almost sounds boring?

like orange romeda straight after, is a pretty cool tune if
you listen to it straight off, but if you just finished
listening to the afx/[]< tune it seems so boring ... dunno -
maybe i just get a tad too much into "freeman..."

"Freeman.." is a good track too.
I see two men going thru the same door and they keep saying
"After you" "No after you" "No you go first..."
=)
