I was thinking... no one knows which one if not both of the
dudes were the shooters. So if you don't know they you
can't convict them both for murder and therefor you let them
both off.... ?? This is in the case that they both keep
their mouth shut and don't confess to anything. And this is
also in the case that they don't find any proof as to which
one of them did it and what not.

I find this interesting and I'm interested to see how the
trial pans out.

Let me clear them up.. you can't convict them both because
it could have only been one of them, and if you can't figure
out which one then you have to let them both off.

It's obvious which one is the shooter:

Suspect 1: John Allen Muhammad, 41:

As a soldier, Muhammad received a Marksmanship Badge with
expert rating — the highest of three ratings —
in use of the M-16, according to Army records.

Suspect 2: John Lee Malvo, 17: Muhammads Step son and
probably the driver

Okay... another theory:
What if they were set up?
They dont actually have to do anything with it, but they're
made suspects?
This as another piece to justify america's 'war on
terrorism' ?
Im NOT saying here they're innocent or guilty.
just... what if?
