What's the best band/artist EVER from your area?

For me, it's Sloan, from Halifax. Few hours south, yeah, but
close enough... I think they're the best power pop band
going, and it's a fucking farce that they're not billion
sellers, brilliant pop rock, especially Twice Removed.
