And at one point, fell almost asleep, but I was still
concious, and I started visulaizing all these cool things,
people and stuff. It was during Girl/Boy and the rest of the
cd buuilding up was quite cool. When the drums came back it
felt like I was inside a room of sound or soemthing, quiote
amazing. Try it yourself!

Listen to the album while going to sleep?

I've done this before, and the result was this: I fell
asleep.

I think you were listening to it the way it was meant to be
listened to(!)

SAW2 is great for this.

I can't fall asleep to an album with beats and sounds like
THAT, it's a headfuck. How could anyone sleep through
Peek###### and Weakling Child?

Melodies from Mars can put to sleep, but not from boredom.
Cute lil songs, teehee!

I love listening to music, when in bed, but I have a hard
time falling asleep. I focus to much on the music, and I
play to loud, as well. Yeah, I've tried to fall asleep to
SAW II, but without success. Any tip, anyone?

It helps if you're a hardcore sleep lover (like me!).

I've read somewhere that there's such a thing as confusion
hypnosis, so hypnotising music doesn't have to be relaxed or
extremely repetitive, it can also be confusing...

I once half slept to Miles Davis' Zimbabwe which is a long,
confusing and wild piece. When I woke up I felt so strange,
I was totally into the rhythm. Unlike the times I listened
to it while being fully awake. It was a great experience.
Squarepusher's "Music is Rotted one note" might also do the
trick on the heavy jazz tracks

I almost sleep to drukqs... the crazy tracks too... I listen
to them at night in bed, and I get so relaxed... nothing on
Drukqs phases me anymore, but it still kicks ass... I'm so
used to the craziness of the album that I can appreciate
everything about it...

SAW1 is excellent to sleep to.

Here's a tip: try to just close your eyes and keep the music
in the back of your mind. Your subconcious will take over
and I can guarantee you'll be asleep before Ageispolis is
over.

Passarani - Unspeakable Future Outbreaks

has been my music of choice for the past week or 2 for "just
about to go to sleep" listening.....

Isnt all music affecting in some way?
I meen, If I listen to britney spears all day I get very
irretated. isnt that some kinda experience?

me myself dont like to fall asleep to scary stuff. I cant
fall asleep to richard divine. I really cant.
I prefer listening to something more positive. positivity
with suede yeah!
NO seriosly, Erykah badu is nice to fall asleep to or maybe
Sade?
But I know what you meen when you say you had that strange
experience with that room. I think i know what you meen.
