yeah guess there are 100000000000000 of people wanting the
same thing... but still, would be cool to see where to
start. want to do an interview, i am kinda journalist and
did some with other artists already...

hmm, rephlex maybe?

If I wanted to increase my chances of getting an interview
with him,.. I'd go to rephlex and say that I want to have an
interwiew with him about *insert something RDJ would be
interested in here*

because If he thinks it's just another cruddy interview,..
he'll prolly just ignore it or turn you down,..........

i really have something special about this... like i am
interested in machines he built and especially involvement
with ancient computers (there is a zx spectrum loading noise
in one of tracks, tone which comes when the program name is
transmitted)... and maybe some more. does rephlex got a
website somewhere?

you'd have a better chance of getting struck by lightning,
falling over from the shock, landing on a half-buried dud
bomb from ww2, flying into the air from the blast, getting
snatched out of the air by an
originally-thought-to-be-extinct flying dinosaur, being
flown to rdj's house, and being dropped down his chimney as
a hamburger-like substance.

especially if you want to interview him about his custom
gear.

Hi,
I have a friend who saw Aphex live years ago. When Aphex
played life his machines were in a cardboard box so no one
could see them. So I don't think he would tell any one
about his home made machines.

if i was u (which i am not) i would try and contact him via
the phlex site (www.rephlex.com)

the topics u were on about are quite old :( read the
interviews/articles here and on joyrex.com and try and find
something not been asked. they might just do it.

or they might forward your q's and send u back prichards
'answers'.

there is much more about machines than schematics and
secrets how were they built.. that's not what i am
interested in, why should one copy something if it's easier
and much more exciting to create new stuff.

i did read everything on this site, it answers something but
just in general... machines machines machines.
