i've never had a problem with motivation. but about the homeless person, i was one step away from living on the street till a manager at mcdonalds let me live with her and her husband. so now i always give money to the homeless. the last time i did i gave a bag of muffins, a pack of smokes, and $20 to this homeless guy and girl. |

i lack motivation. im pretty intelligent (got into some rubbish extension program in primary school for smartass kids) but i swear i tried in higschool but i still failed and only just graduated. if my parents werent constantly nagging me to look for work, i wouldnt do it at all, even though i have an 11000 dollar loan to pay off. im not boasting im just saying its fucked. |

i just lack motivation in subjects that i dont find interesting or subects that are really difficult, like math!, im almost done my first semester of grade nine and i have a 37% average in math, simply because i lack motivation in the suject. i should probably start to concentrate, good thing i get to take math for the rest of the year, if i wasent in grade nine i would be fucked. |

Motivation is seriously lacking in me too! My personal saying "I did my second best" though usually it's a lot less than that. I suspect that obsession & dedication is also required to achieve anything, two more qualities I generally lack. If I didn't I would be a famous photographer by now (or dead from a drug o/d) as people have complimented my photos but I don't promte them or spend enough time / money on them. Too many other distractions / interests... |

I think ganga has a big factor when it comes to motivation, fuck it would be legal by now if all the hippies wernt such a bunch of lazy stoned bastards. I remember me and my friends sitting in watching a Legalise Cannabis rally in Glasgow on TV, we were all stoned and couldnt be fucked walking for ten minutes to join in. Thats a lazy vicious circle |

Sometimes people just don't have anything that motivates them. If you have a job, it's usually money and wanting to go the fuck home! :) If you're a musician, mainly you: 1. want to get closer to the musicians that inspired you 2. want people to hear you 3. want people to know you I know because that's how i feel! I work fairly hard in school... although I don't really feel motivated by the education thing... it's more a thing where I pay like 2000 bucks for tuition, and I better not waste it... I dunno, I'm fairly motivated I suppose... could stand to be MORE motivated in life though... |
