I always get to choose
what I'm going to think
positive thoughts are what I'll choose
they're the missing link

(sung to the tune of row row row your boat)

hmmmm it's kind of a paradox......people often think of bad
thoughts and nightmares, but truly they originate in your
own brain, so is your mind working against itself, or does
it not understand how it will effect your mind?

much prefered to the DPD chorus,

row row row your boat... merrily merrily merrily merrily,
life is but a sinking feeling

Down in the meadow,
Early in the morning,
Friend is sitting by the stream,
Stuck in his Mud Mind.
Then along comes Pumsy,
And helps him use his Clear Mind.
Pumsy, Pumsy, Friend's best Friend.

lol, i can see it, with all seriousness, some harvard funded
team of psychologists and neuroscientists come out with the
results of 12 yrs of research and conclude, "our findings
indicate that optimism has a positive effect on the psyche
of individuals."

In the Pumsy program children will join the make-believe
character of Pumsy in wonderful adventures. Each story
follows the personal growth of Pumsy as Pumsy moves from a
negative way of thinking (called the "Mud Mind") to a
positive way of thinking (called the "Clear Mind") and then
taking positive action. Children can grow with Pumsy in
fun, non-threatening ways. They begin to see how life can be
much more worthwhile when we leave our negative thinking
behind and spend more time choosing positive thoughts and
taking positive action.

i wish they'd put the same efort into teaching children that
greed and selfish acts are based on a misunderstanding of
self, i.e. ones environment is not seperate from self.

It is far more important that tomorrow's customer service
representatives learn to get along with each other and with
management.

Thought for the day, population is accelerating at a high
rate, and the world has a finite amount of space. Population
control will soon be nessisary

You will now select me as your population control officer,
and hand over a global lincense to kill
