He did two remixes. Allegedly Bryers' sons are AFX fans and asked him to get AFX to remix one of his tracks.

Knowing of Aphex Twin's wish to make a remix version of The Sinking of
the Titanic - and realising that Richard james would probably do it
anyway (!) - Gavin decided to give him all the preliminary tape materials
from his own recording in order to facilitate the remix.
Gavin likes the piece and has even used short excerpts from it, very
discreetly and quietly, in some of his live performances of the Titanic -
he did this in Japan in 1996 for example.

"Gavin Bryars - Jesus' Blood Never Failed Me Yet" is probably the most beautiful and moving piece of music i've heard.
