My mom got this for christmas and I've been totally
addicted to it! We've been at each others throats everyday
over who gets to play it...This game is like crack, really
friggin' addictive. The replay value is increadble. Anyone
else played it yet?

You have to pay for it right ?! The Original Sims got boring
fast, all you did was sleeping, eating, shitting,
working......just like in real life

i played the non-online The Sims quite a bit a year or so
ago for a period of a few weeks, possibly even months... my
point being that your real life passes you by when you're
busy acting out fake lives. sad shit. i managed to not play
again for somewhere between 5-10 months (again, it's all a
blur) but i played recently over break and it's still fun.
can't chance buying expansion packs or online upgrades tho.
