Who does the best white noise tracks,I need some unbearable 26+khz stuff to try and listen too,I need a challenge.
Does anyone have any/know some on the net somewhere ?

have you ever tried to compress white noise? I mean as in a real audio stream? trying to compress the stuff gives really weird results, cos it goes against all the algorithms created to compress natural sound.

anyone else think that brown noise sounds like the ocean and pink noise sounds like a waterfall?

i dont immediatly associate brown noice with ocean.. no first thing that popped up in my had was diarree, but i'm probably very shalow

There's a nice noisy track called 'Foil' by Autechre. It's on Amber. The phasing sound in the intro is awesome at really loud volumes.
