He is guilty...he paid money for illegal images of children. It is sick and he should be punished as far as the law allows. He admits to looking at the images as research for a project that no longer exists and was never in contact with anti peodophile organisations or police agencies for information....sounds waaaay to dodgy. Pete's done a lot of good shit for a lot of people, he's the LAST guy I would expect to do something like this. So I'm on his side for now. Innocent until proven otherwise. Obviously he already did something against the law, but if he was REALLY doing it for shady purposes, I'm sure he'd find a better way to do it then using the fucking credit card of a musical legend. Can't be sure yet, but his defense is not farfetched at all. I'm sure he isn't the first or the last innocent man to do something like this. Anyway, I'll wait and see. It's definitely suspicious. When cops discover these child pornography websites, do they just leave them to be and then watch who goes in? Maybe they should just immediately have them removed. I find it very scarey because I don't know about you guys, but I've definitely gotten child porn by accident in the past by either going to the wrong website by mistake or downloading something from a p2p program that says something like "Madonna bikini pic" only to find that upon openning its a 10 year old little boy getting raped or something. Its the scariest thing ever and makes you want to wash your eyes out with bleach and reformat your hard drive immediately. |

I wish he would be given more of a chance before everyone just jumps to the automatic conclusion that he's guilty. The same thing happened to poor old Paul Reubens, everyone automatically asumed that he was guilty (including me), but after the cops seized all his computers and discs and anything else he could be hiding kiddy pics in, they ended up finding "nothing consistent with child pornography images", only a large collection of adult erotica.
