cant get it under 12 k... too much frames

if you still want it, ill remove some frames to get it

why do you need an epic 72 frame avatar Refund? with so many
transitions, and different sequences? it is just entirely
wrong for the purposes of an avatar, trim it down to a
sequence to say 10 frames and it sould be sweet.
