will it be allowed? i mean the latter aphex twin releases have "aphex is a copyright of blah blah etc" won't this have to have it as well, since aphex is a copyright of that musical equipment company? |

Aphex Twin will almost certainly get moeny out of this if it's true. He can (even with a rubbish lawyer) force them to withdraw the name. If he knows about it he'll leave it till there's as much stuff as possible with it on- literature, scripts, adverts etc. the cost of re-doing the lot would be huge. As a result they give him a large amount of money in exchange for the use of his name and everyone is happy. |

They need vanilla ice's lawyer. If a small extra tone somewhere makes it different enough to be original than the pluralization of aphex twin does not have to abide by the copyright rules. |
