Almost everyone I know likes 'Enjoy The Silence' but I've
never really checked them out, one of those big bands which
seem to pass me by.

Track down the Kid 606 and the Dave Clarkes remixes of
'Dream On'. Two awesome tracks right there.

Ooohhh goddess I love Depeche Mode. :) Martin L Gore is a
genius. :) And hes cute, too. ;)

Amazing lyrics. :) Sure, not all of them are good (heh,
anyone heard "Speak and Spell"?) but after that, they got
awesome.

Music for the Masses and Violator rock. :) Though really, I
like all of ther records. ;)

Spookyluke can almost play "Stripped" on his synth. :)

go for The Singles 1981-1998 album
there are pretty much all the best songs they ever made on
this one
(and we spoke about dm several times)

I used to love DM back when violator came out. Then there
was the album after that, can't remember the name but it had
that song Condemnation. Then I went back and bought their
old albums which are all pretty good. The real old stuff is
fun and synth poppy..

Im pretty sure they paved they way for my industrial
years..

Personal Jesus.. weWt!

Violator Id say is my favorite. I started listening to them
in the 80's, good times

Love DM..grew up on em..

Music for the Masses.. is brilliant so far ahead of its
time..
as is it's predecessors Black Celebration..and Construction
Time again...

in fact it was watching them do Construction Time Again Live
on Television with all the Machinery and Clanging of Hammers
and Bells etc..where they gushingly name dropped
Einsturzende Neubauten..that I got into EN and got
introduced to Industrial
