Radioshack was supposed to get me another DVD player (they sold me a faulty one). They said it would be on Monday, and then it was Tuesday. Then they said it'd be Thursday. Then, they said it would be there on Friday! But it's currently Saturday and they still don't have my damn DVD player! Terrible company! |

I'm going to give them a piece of my mind today, by god! And they only had to have it shipped (via UPS) from a town not more than 30 minutes away! So something is obviously fishy, as UPS delivers packages for a living, it doesn't take them over a week to get from point a to point b! |

I make a point to never buy anything from them unless I need a patch cord or something. And even then they manage to fuck me! I got a 6' extension for my headphones and now it's starting to drop the right channel! Fucking dickshitting mongs can't even make a fucking cable properly. |

We went there today and demanded a refund! The manager was so bitchy... she was crossing her arms and leaning against the displays as she asked us if we had a receipt. She was on the cell phone, too! Then she made some lame excuse that the people who were supposed to send the dvd player hadnt sent them anything and they couldnt get them to send anything (ppfftt, bullshit!) and she had some other girl handle our receipt. We got back the money and went to walmart with it. Now Luke has the same dvd player that I have at home--its great! Down with radioshack! >8( (up with walmart?) :) |

radioshack sucks. they hound you about giving out your phone number when you try to purchase something from there and if you refuse to give it, they get really nasty as if you're beating their grandmothers... |

I wish there was a good electronics shop near me. There used to be a Tandy but it was closed in favour of mobile phone shop no.23751 The good thing about Tandy/Radioshack is you can buy components from there and make the goods yourself. My mate made his own speakers/customised leads.Anyway I digress.. |

If you want to upset a Radio Shack manager go to one radio shack and buy as much as you can afford, don't buy batterys or software. Make sure that you buy the extended warrenty and then the next day take it all back to a different radiosheck and explain that your wife had bought it all cheaper elsewhere and that you want a refund. They can not refuse and it really pisses them off. I used to work in one!!! |
