The 'whore's lipgloss' is absolutely correct. It is, like
the movie itself, a definition of what Lynch has been doing
in the last 8 years. Catch the words and facts about
Silencio. Lynch is uncovering the nature of all his art
there.

I personally don't like Mulholland, because it's not
serious, and while having a real Lynch point, MuDr lacks
actual attention to it.

stories or plots are not Lynch's first interest.

I think its best to kind of let yourself go and follow his
whims. kind of just experience it, how awful that may
