6"0' and 182lbs of cruelly beautiful male physique.
Does anyone here visit the gym regularly? Aerobics,
bodybuilding, supplements, etc? After devoutly lifting for
a year, I have metamorphosized into a completely different
person : I look good, I'm confident, my sexual performance
has peaked, and best of all -- I feel great about myself!
Come on, I know not all of you out there are content with
being pale and flaccid..
Does anyone have a fairly-regemented workout routine?
Any testimonies?

I'm 5' 7" 135lbs

I started training this summer for sailing, running 2 miles
before work, then light weight lifting.

I felt great, but let it go when I went back to school. I
love to chug a protein drink afterwords and pretend I can
see my little muscles getting bigger :)

made me feel great to tell the truth, I think you are going
to get me back into it

I do that with the protein drink too. I think most people
secretly do that with the protein drink.

I do weightlifting but just to tone, nothing mad. I was on a
diet and I now have hips like a girl and a 28" waist size. I
still have my strength but look slender.

it's good for your body, makes you more confident, and
usually you just feel real fine after working out.

that's my reasons

lets see.....i don't do any organized exercise.....my
schedule is TOO crazy!

but i wanna do KICKBOXING in a big way......it looks so fun
plus you get to kick some ass!

i'm 5'8" and 130, i keep pretty fit from the constant
walking. i have a pedometer and i do roughly 10 miles a day
walking.....i'm so used to it i don't notice, i enjoy
walking tho, i feel like a slug when i don't get enough in.

my one dream is to have a back like Madonna......but that
would require much weightlifting.....i'd prolly have to get
a trainer, dunno how likely that will be. =0)

5'10'', 145, but chiseled out of stone, baby. I eat
McDonald's twice a week and never get off my ass, literally
zero exercise a week, so I don't know why I'm built like a
Roman God. Shazam!
