yeah, i gotta say i don't think that sawII is covering any territory that eno hasn't covered. except as far as ambience goes, i like eno's stuff better. if you wanna get something really special, go for "discreet music", "apollo", or "music for airports" |

My prediction is that you will feel slightly dissapointed on xmas-day... It's just not that kind of album that'll blow you away when you first listen to it. Especially not if you are as excited about it as you are ;-) You'll probably just like it, but won't understand what all the hype was about. But don't worry! The album will grow on you! What everyone says about it is all true :-) It truly is a very special album... it has a certain quality that makes it different from any other album i ever heard. But give it time... it'll very slowly grow on you... |
