I just rented Pi from the video rental building on DVD. Can anyone tell me if it's any good? And also is it an adaptation from a book or a remake of a different movie? |

darren aronofsky is a fucking genius (my fav director of all time) its an amazing movie / amazing story / amazing soundtrack if you dig it dive into requiem for a dream ITS S3XY! |

amazing film, requiem for a dream is just as good but I think his future movies wont be that good, he doesnt seem to be going in a direction that i like(bigger stuios\more famous actors) but right now its not known what he'll do next since "the fountain" got put on hold\cancelled |

I cannot begin to count how many times I've seen it...during my speedfreak days we used to leave it on loop for days on end.... Fucking Beautiful in every way.... Grab the Screenplay/Script/Production Diary if you get a chance...it really opens the film out a lot..(as do the extras on the DVD....)... |

true he is using more famous actors, BUT he still uses his friends more (in the tech aspects) and everybody in requeim for a dream acted their best EVER - i think director on mr darren |

PI is ok, I thought it would be my kind of movie after seeing all the reviews, but I didn't like it too much. It seems way more style over substance and a silly plot to keep it together. Worth watching while on drugs, though. |
