We are about to implement a new feature - not a funny one tho. It will allow the crew to ban a member for a week. Not as hard like a permanent ban, but quite effective to rip off some users attitude. Just for your information. |

the permanent ban won't disappear. in fact, it will be used just as "frequently" as before, but the new feature will allow us to ban a few more users.... call us gestapo - i don't care. it's needed. |

it's a good idea yeah.. but do you warn first? and on what grounds are you banning? if someone is insulting and being rude i guess.. in that case i fully agree ..but also if someone posts a crappy thread (like my björk-youknow-poll) ? or do you just close the threads then? in that case it's difficult i think, cause opinions differ about whether a subject makes sense or not.. *ooh ooh* *is afraid he'll get banned* ---------------------------------------------- *hasn't seen Bill_Hicks in about a week* :P |

Well, I haven't got a problem with temporary ban, that's a good idea for those situations. Hell, in a year or two, anybody on this MB who hasn't been temporarily banned at leats once will be deemed a pussy by the rest of us hardcases. |

excellent feature! i think it will help keep some peepz in check. as always it's FUN to have FUN, but crap is crap and well ALL know it, so if it will STOP the madness, etc....i'm all for it. i always remember keep in mind this is like Phobia's livingroom, his space, so if we all remember that it will help keep the pointless topics in check for MOST of us. =0) everyone needs a break.....if someone is not around it's usually cos they don't want to be around. peepz will come back when they're ready, or not at all for their own reasons. we should give them peace if thats what they desire. |
