yess yess we went! it was fucking amazing........ yeah,
kraftwerk were cool, and yeah, were just 4 guys standing
behind their computers, hardly moving... wicked visuals,
wicked sounds of course.....
after them, we camped out at the front near the stage, were
right in front of Squarepusher.......
Come on!!!!! come on!!! make some fucking noise for the
squarepusher!!! yeah, it was jus him and lots of equipment,
and his bass guitar, yeah, and a mike and some beers (some
of which i got on my face!!!! ><) yeah, took lots of photos,
haven:t developed them yet.... He has long hair now ay, and
well, he played about 2 hours, finishing with Journey to
Reedham, and an encore was Come on my selector... ....
wooow... yeah, it rocked my world....
the venue, Makuhari Messe was amazing too, a kinda huuge
expo place, about 2 hours out of TOkyo....
yeah, i:m still pretty excited about it, as you can prolly
tell

SP seems to love the japanese as much as they love him.
There is definitely an affinity there. You can tell from the
energy he shows in "Alive in Japan"... plus he plays there a
lot compared to Europe plus he was big in Japan a long time
before the West.
Also, its worth noting the Japanese liking for extreme
noise, power electronics, and fast n furious beats.
Culturely there is something going on there... i LIKE it!
