so is it kinda downtempo, leftfield, breaks-beats, electro??? the stuff on skam is always pretty good but it can be varied, i never know what to expect!!

No - it's like goofy jazz mixed with a bit of electronic shit too. I bought it, hated it and then no CD shop would buy it used from me.
It's not anything like Bola, Gescom or BoC - i.e. it's not good.

thanks for that.best steer well clear then! just that stuff from skam is usually good. 'pushchairs for grownups' by team dyobi was pretty cool.
oh yeh, check out Ian O'Brien's Desert Scores LP which i bought today on vinyl. very very good.

ignore everything everybody has said and buy it. no, it's not like most other skam stuff, but that's one of the good things about it (that it's different, not that other skam stuff is crap).
i say go for it.

I've got the Stoat 7" by Wevie Stonder which has 4 tracks, 3 of which are on DOOPH (great acronym!) and they are excellent. So you've got at least 3 blinding tracks, and all very different.
It's the next thing on my list to buy!
