sounds like you need to stop it from starting up

assuming Windows users, go to start, and click "RUN"

type in "msconfig" *no quotes*

click the start up tab, and you will see all the shit that
starts up when your computer boots. Most of that shit can
be unchecked, but be careful. Let me dig a link to all the
stuff that is safe to uncheck

you're dumb gator will be gone if you uncheck him from
starting up

this will make your computer so happy and it will run faster
