given certain consistencies in the musical interests of this board, what labels would an influenced musician be inclined to mail demo CDs to? the easy ones.. warp, planet-mu, rephlex.. i might also go with OM records. sound off, mates. |

yes, round up record labels and burn them like a tower inferno wax trax! folded before a lot of you graduated from elementary school nothing records isn't signing anyone; they can't even get distribution for the artists they DO have (eg: 12 rounds, coil, prick) warp only wants artists who have been signed elsewhere and built up a reputation for years everything else is a good suggestion, but you might want to try a regional label first before you start thinking in international terms |
