Well, that article was clear enough, I surely did not misread it. And, yes, Sun Ra was often spoken about as being gay, though, from what I gathered from his biography (by John F. Szwed, who is at the moment writing a Miles davis biography) he was actually living in celibacy... |

that's right but i think you should re read it - i'm not trying to be mean i just know your're wrong.... not that it matters - i can think of loads of musicians i admire who were gay house music and techno are built on the foundations that disco laid and disco was very gay |

wtf has anyone being gay got anything to do with this thread? my original point of miles davies not liking women was to do with the fact that i read he used to beat em up, or at least got the reputation that he did. I might have been wrong, but please lets not turn this into a "bad people can't make good music" post. |
