soundforge 4.5
frutyloops 2.5.6 (the v3 seems cool, got to get it)
acid (just for mixing mulitrack export)
sounder (did you try this ? awesome !)

I would like midi interfaces....

btw in frutyloops, export a track (in waveformat with the
best quality you can get with you pc and software settings,
then listen thetrack and compare with the sound you get with
simply playing the track in frutyloops : for me the
frutyloop sound is better than the bounced file sound. wtf?
is it due to a crappy bouncing protocole of this software,
or is it a soundcard problem ?

Tuareg II for composing/sequencing, and then I
also use GoldWave to edit the .wav file, add
filter effects, and other things. then I use SCMPX to encode

waves plugs, wavelap, cool edit pro 1.2 (didn't like 2.0 so
much), waldorf attack vsti, taureg, moonfish, analog x crap
