It sure sounds like testicular cancer. That's one of the
first major signs..

nah, you don't feel a thing when you have testicular cancer,
at least you don't feel a thing down there. the first signs
of pain are in the lower back.

although if you have been feeling it for the past some
months, by now it would be unbearable. you could always
perform a self examination. its easy

Take a look at #6. My advice to you would be to see a
physician as soon as possible.

if it's got as far as lower back pain, then you probably
need to have both nuts removed...

*hehe*...I can't use the word nuts without giggling like a
kid in a toyshop...

I have lower back pain too amon...

When I was just a little one, back in the day "back in the
day, when i was young I'm not a kid anymore, but somedays, I
really wish I was a kid agian... back in the day...." I
played soccer a lot, and I fell really hard on tail bone. I
woke up the next day, and my back hurt so much that I could
hardly move my legs, or my body at all. I was really scared
cause I thought that that was it, and that I turned into a
quadrapeligic. So I went to the doctor, and they told me
that I wasnt paralized and that I had a copressed disc in my
spine. They said that as long as I excersize and take care
of myself.... it wouldnt hurt at all. But sometimes when I
lift stuff wrong... I strain it and it hurts for a while.

My mom is a nurse, and she says: if you have lower back
pain, do a lot of crunches (ab excersizes), there is one
excersize where you lay face down on the ground and arc your
head up off the ground a few inches... for a couple minutes.
Really easy, and that targets the muscles around your spine
in your lower back, and strengthens them up.

And always: LIFT WITH YOUR LEGS.... not with your back.

i get upper back pain after sitting at the computer for
prolonged periods. It has to do w/ your posture & the type
of chair you're using. OUCH!
