Why don't we list the most unusual, least popular recordings
in our collections?

I'll start with Let's All Polka by the Polka Kings,
featuring the Colonel Bogey Polka, the Beer Barrel Polka,
and the very frightening Hoopai Shoopai Polka.

Also offbeat and unusual but actually quite good: VIVA
Cugat! by Xavier Cugat. Amazing jazzy latin stuff with a
cartoonish outline. It's too fucking scratched up to play
anymoer and they haven't reissued it on CD. ::mope::

Sounds of the Bolshoi is actually a cassete tape. It's a
recording of the rehearsals of the Bolshoi Ballet for Swan
Lake. So basically you hear sounds of Tchaichovsky, and then
it abrubtly cuts off and you hear mad crazy yelling in
different languages... 0_o
