please...im really thinking of buying it. But before i do
(milk my bank-account) i want to know if theres a
better/cheaper alternative

well i dunno about the Cs2x, but the Cs1x sounds great

very industrial sound ( i think anyways! )

cs1x was terrible, I don't like its sound at all - it's too
digital sounding gear for me... filters are bad and what an
idea of sampling some waves with filter tweaking and so on?
I don't know cs2x but if it has the same sound engine -
forget it. Better buy something like Korg MS2000 - has
limited polyphony (4 voice) but (for me) sounds much better
than cs1x, more retro... of course it's up to you what kind
of sound do you prefer...
